We usually prefer 600 µ thickness lenticular lens. It is really suitable for lenticular printing. But this thickness depends on which animation used on lenticular lens and images. Also we laminate sponge behind surface to reduce friction. This sponge increase the total thickness of mass product. We can’t produce a few quantity of cup mate. We need bulky quantities order to start to produce it.
